Regarding return acceptance

1) Returns/exchanges, etc.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, if it is a mistake on our part or the product is defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. In this case, the deadline for return/exchange shall be notified to the Company within 7 days after receiving the product by the method specified by the Company, and the Company will replace the product with a non-defective item or a substitute, or if the Company is unable to comply with this, the equivalent amount will be refunded. The shipping charges required for returning and resending the product will be borne by our company. Customers may be asked to contact each vendor manufacturer directly regarding replacement of defective products regarding new products. . Please note.

2) Special provisions for returns

Please note that in the following cases, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges even within 7 days of receiving the product.

- If the product is soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.

- In the case of scratches or damage that can be easily overlooked, other than dirt that interferes with the use of the product or significantly reduces its value.

- If purchased outside of this site

返品受付について

1) 返品･交換等

お客様都合による返品・交換は、一切承っておりません。 ただし､当社のミス､または不良品の場合は､返品･交換を承らせていただきます。 この場合の返品･交換期限は､商品到着後7日以内に当社の指定する方法により当社に通知するものとし､当社は良品もしくは代替と交換､これに応じられない場合は､相当金額を返金するものとします｡当該商品の返送及び再送に要する送料等は､当社負担とします｡なお、新品商品に関する不良品交換などについては、お客様より直接各販売元メーカー様にお問合せをお願いする場合があります。予めご了承ください。

2) 返品の特約

以下に該当する場合は､商品到着後7日以内であっても返品･交換には応じかねますのでご注意ください｡

-  お客様の責任で汚損･破損した場合

-  商品の使用に支障があるか､その価値を著しく下げるような汚れ以外で､一般的に見て看過できる程度の傷･破損の場合

-  本サイト以外で購入された場合

Regarding order cancellation

This site does not accept cancellations after shipping preparations have begun. Also, please note that orders for back-ordered items cannot be canceled even before shipping preparations have begun.

Product delivery time

We usually deliver within 7 days after receiving your order.
